What happens during a session?

We start by reviewing the health and well-being information provided during booking, clarifying details and understanding the client’s current health status. Whether it’s a BodyTalk session, Breathwork or a combination of the two, all clients will undergo a detailed client intake process.

This includes the client being guided to define their personal goals and envision what good health means to them. This step is crucial for the healing and well-being process.

It may include identifying any structural imbalances and assess the quality of breathing in order to help the client become more aware of their current physical condition. Increasing awareness helps the client gain knowledge and reminds them that they play an active role in their own health and well-being.

Deep Listening sessions use all the 6 senses to communicate with the body and mind, focusing on areas that need balance based on the BodyTalk Protocol. Mindscape, a mental tool, is  used enhance this ability.

Together with the insights that surface, a gentle tapping process over the client’s head, heart and gut together with breathing is used to engage with the client’s healing process. The session will continue to be facilitated in this manner until no other aspects come up for attention.

What happens at the end of the session?

The client’s body is re-evaluated and the breathing re-assessed to compare the baseline and highlight change. It allows the client to gauge effectiveness and provide confidence in their innate ability to heal and improve. At the end of the session, the client will be advised on practical steps to take and or follow up, as necessary.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions varies from client to client. From the age, to the baseline health of the individual, to the complexity of the health and wellness concern.

Is it necessary for sessions to be conducted face-to-face?

Remote sessions work the same as in-person sessions, but they are usually done through video calls. It is suggested to wear headphones or earbuds and find a quiet, comfortable space to relax during the session. Just like in-person sessions, aspects requiring attention will be highlighted and you will be guided to tap, focus on specific areas, and breathe along with the practitioner.

Anyone can learn MindScape and use the simple skills for enhancing creative outside-the-box thinking, improving mental focus and strengthening intuition, all of which are important for facilitating distance sessions.

How do I book and how much do sessions cost?

Bookings can be made online. During the booking, the client is required to fill up a health and well-being set of questions that is a balanced focus between the wellness history as well as what would positive health and wellness look like.

Sessions MYR 300 for individuals based in Malaysia and MYR 350 for sessions outside of Malaysia.

Buteyko breathing classes will be conducted as a series of 4 classes of MYR400 after an initial general session.

If I’m going for Deep Listening sessions, can I continue with my other treatments/ medications/ modalities?

One of the foundational principles of BodyTalk, from which Deep Listening is based, is the Integration of Eastern and Western Medicine Principles. BodyTalk draws from both Eastern and Western medical philosophies, integrating concepts from disciplines such as traditional Chinese medicine, modern physics, and neuroscience. Please continue with other treatments as per necessary.

The Deep Listening method emphasises on helping clients make connections and understand the bigger picture. It is common for clients to be referred to other trusted practitioners or doctors, if needed.
